The present case is one of an inadvertent error in withdrawing and it is those facts which persuade us to regularize the admission of the appellant in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case exercising our jurisdiction under Article 142 of the Constitution of India.

We make it clear abundantly clear that this will not be cited as a precedent to open other cases. The appeal stands disposed of regularizing the admission of the appellant.
