The ld. counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for effecting service on respondent no.2 in SLP(C) No. 15242/2013 and respondent no.3 in SLP(C) No. 15243/2013 within two weeks. Despite undertaking, vakalatnama and counter affidavit has not been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 in SLP(C) no. 15242/2013. Four weeks time is granted as last opportunity to respondent no.1 for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

List again on 15.12.2014."

Ld. counsel for the petitioner has not filed the affidavit of dasti with proof with regard to unserved

respondent No. 1. He has only filed the proof of service of paper books to Mr. B. Balaji. But Mr. B. Balaji has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C)NO. 15241 OF 2013

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti with proof with regard to unserved respondent No. 1 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on respondent No. 1.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C)NO. 15242 OF 2013

It is submitted that A.D. card duly signed has been received in respect of respondent No. 2.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C)NO. 15243 OF 2013

It is submitted that service report in respect of respondent No. 3 has been received from District Court.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. B. Balaji, Counsel has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 in Special Leave Petition No. 15242 of 2013 so far.
