It is submitted that Ms. Reena Pandey, Advocate has on 07.04.2017 and 18.04.2017 filed two separate applications for impleadment alongwith Vakalatnama to implead party as Appellant which are registered as I.A. Nos.8183 and 8486. Copies of the same are circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Ms. Udita Singh, Advocate has on 10.04.2017 and 18.04.2017 filed two separate applications for impleadment alongwith Vakalatnama to implead party as Respondent which are registered as I.A. Nos. 8789 and 9092. Copies of the same are circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. G.P. Srivastava, Advocate has on 17.04.2017 filed an application for impleadment alognwith Vakaltanma to implead party as Respondents and the same has been registered as I.A. Nos. 9395. Copy of the same is circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Shree Pal Singh, Advocate has on 18.04.2017 filed an application for intervention alongwith Vakalatnama which is registered as I.A No.96. Copy of the same is circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
