It is submitted that service of notice on respondent nos. 19, 59, 70, 76 and 81 in SLP(c) No. 22947/2015, respondent nos.9 to 53 in SLP(C) No.22948/2015 and respondent Nos. 89, 11,12 & 1314 in SLP(C) No. 22949/2015 is incomplete. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to effect service on unserved aforesaid respondent vide Ld. Registrar's order dated 9.12.2015.
