It is submitted that Mr. Anurag Pandey, Advocate has on 29.06.2016 filed Contempt Petition which is registered as Contempt Petition No. 367369 of 2016, which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.07.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. Personal appearance of the respondents/alleged contemnors is dispensed with, for the time being."

Accordingly, fresh Contempt notice returnable for 09.08.2016 was issued on 27.07.2016 to all the five alleged contemnors through speed post. According to speed post tracking report, notice is delivered on all the 5 contemnors, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Service of notice at the SLP stage is incomplete on respondent No. 19 in SLP(C) NO. 22304 of 2015 and in remaining SLPs i.e. SLP No. 22305/2015 & 22306/2015 is complete.

It is submitted that Ms. Udita Singh, Advocate has on 03.08.2016 filed application for impleadment to implead applicant as party petitioner, which is registered as I.A. No. 2123 and also filed vakalatnama on their behalf, Copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies for effecting service on the unserved respondents despite this registry's letter dated 12.04.2016, hence notice could not be issued.

Service of notice on respondent nos. 19, 59, 70, 76 and 81 in SLP 22947/2015, respondent nos.9 to 53 in SLP(C) No.22948/2015 and respondent Nos. respondent nos. 89, 11, 12 & 1314 in SLP(C) No. 22949/2015 is incomplete.

It is submitted that Mr. K.K. Jaipuriar, Advocate has on 05.07.2016 filed additional documents alongwith application for permission to file additional documents, which is registered as I.A. No. 1618 of 2016, copy of the same is included in the paperbooks.

Service of notice is complete.

SLP(C) No.31449 of 2015

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of Dasti service, so far.

Service of respondent Nos. 9, 17, 2021, 26, 29, 36, 4142, 47, 51, and 69 is still incomplete.

AND the matters abovementioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 22.07.2016, when the court was pleased to pass the following Order:
