There is a delay of 78 and 65 days in filing the SLP.

It is submitted that the SLP © No. 10836 of 2014 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Court on 25th July, 2014 when the Court directed to tag the said matter with SLP © Nos. 1558615587 of 2014 which is pending for hearing. Copy of record of proceeding dated 25th July, 2014 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) CC No. 13408 of 2014 arisinig out of common order has been tagged with SLP © Nos. 1558615587 of 2014.

It is lastly submitted that SLP © No. 3160 of 2014, arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th February, 2014 when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same. Copy of the record of proceeding dated 19th February, 2014 is enclosed herewith.
