Thereafter the matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 13th March, 2015, when the following Order was passed:-

"Counter affidavit of the 14 respondents is still awaited. The ld. Counsel has acknowledged to have received the complete set of pleadings. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. List again on 30.4.2015."

It is submitted that there are fourteen respondents and all are represented by Mr. L. K. Pandey, Advocate and he has on 29th June, 2015 filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same has already been included in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6th November, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"List on 17th November, 2015, as prayed for."

It is further submitted that no further documents has been filed so far.

Service of notice is complete.
