It is submitted that the Contempt Petition Nos. 338 and 375/2014 above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.11.2014 alongwith other connected matters, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Hon'ble Mr. Justice Uday Umesh Lalit, pronounced the judgment of the Bench comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil R. Dave and His Lordship. Permission to file the special leave petition in S.L.P.(C) Nos.8611-8612 of 2014, is granted.

Leave granted.

In terms of the signed reportable judgment, the appeals are allowed. FAO No.10 of 2013 thus stands allowed and Writ Petition Nos.4303 of 2013 and 6286 of 2013 are dismissed. As regards Contempt Petition Nos.338 and 375 of 2014, since this Court had not issued any notice to the alleged contemnors, we have not dealt with said petitions. By a separate order we issue appropriate notice to the alleged contemnors.

Contempt Petition (C) Nos.338 and 375 of 2014

Issue notice, returnable on 19th January, 2015. Personal appearance of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with for the present."

It is further submitted that as directed above, contempt

notice was issued to all the alleged contemnors in both the Contempt Petition Nos. 338 and 375/2014 on 21.12.2014 by regd. A.D. but neither A.D. cards nor unserved envelope have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Abhinav Mukerji, Advocate has on 16.01.2015 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of alleged contemnor No. 13 in both the Contempt Petitions.

Service is not complete on rest of the alleged contemnors in both the Contempt Petitions.

It is further submitted that Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate for the appellant/applicant in C.A. Nos. 10224-25/2014 has on 15.01.2015 filed Contempt Petition against the alleged contemnors for trying to over reach the Judgment and Order dated 13.11.2014 alongwith Annexures P-1 to P-14 (referred as Contempt Petition Nos. 24-25/2015) and the same has been placed with respective appeal paper books.

The Contempt Petitions in the matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with the Office Report.
