UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Mr. V. Giri, the learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Telangana Housing Board prays for an adjournment. According to him, the Board may be in a position to arrive at some amicable settlement with the other side.
2. On the other hand, Mr. Sudhanshu S. Choudhari, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that till this date, there has been no proposal from the Board for any settlement. In fact, according to Mr. Chaudhari his clients have paid the entire consideration to the developers.
3. In response to the above, Mr. Giri submitted that in fact the proposal for settlement has come from the other side and that is how they are looking into.
4. Be that as it may, it will be in the interest of both the sides to arrive at some amicable settlement and put an end to this litigation.
5. List the matter in the week commencing from 3rd February, 2025.
