SLP(C) No. 4737-4738/2022

Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that it is wrongly mentioned that counter affidavit would be adopted on behalf of said respondent. She further seeks and granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.1.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has taken fresh steps but failed to file fresh particulars in respect of respondent no.4 in SLP(C) No.4737/22 and respondent no.22 and 33 in SLP(C) No.4738/2022.

However, two weeks time, is granted to file fresh particulars in respect of above said respondents.

If particulars are furnished, list again on 24.07.2023.

Failing which, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
