UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

ORDER

SLP(C) No. 2957/2022

Despite due service of notice on respondent Nos.3 and 4, there mo appearance on their behalf.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have already adopted the counter affidavit filed in connected SLP (C) No.17369/2021, which is not listed today.

At this stage, Ms. Ripul Swati, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr .Satya Mohan, Ld. Advocate-on-Record, for Respondent No.3. She seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

After expiry of said period, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

Respondent No.1 has already adopted counter affidavit filed in connected SLP (C) No. 17369/2021, which is not listed today.

Two weeks time, is granted as last chance to the petitioners, for furnishing fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in respect of Respondent No.4 in SLP (C) No.4737/2022 and Respondent Nos.22 and 33 in SLP (C) No.4738/2022, who are unserved.

As requested, dasti service, in addition, is permitted.

Despite due service on remaining respondents, there is no appearance.
