It is submitted that show cause notice to both the common respondents in all the SLPs was issued on 22.12.2014 through registered A.D. Post. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back so far. Counsel for the petitioner has on 10.04.2015 filed proof of service of copy of pleadings on Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen and Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocates for the State of Haryana. But no one has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance and Counter Affidavit so far.
