The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.06.2016 with an Office Report dated 02.06.2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction to file objections to the applications. He is directed to take instruction and permitted to file objections to the applications, if any. List next week. "

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed counter affidavit to the application for vacating/modifying the order dated 04.09.2015 filed by Mr. Rajesh Mahale, Advocate on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2-6 so far.

It is further submitted that neither Mr. Rajesh Mahale, Advocate, who appeared on behalf of the remaining unrepresented Respondents on 27.04.2016 before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers, filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance nor the counsel for the petitioners has filed the remaining 24 sets of spare copies of SLP for issuance of show cause notice to the unrepresented Respondents in the matters above mentioned. Therefore, show cause notice could not be issued to Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in SLP © No. 26055 and 1, 7 to 27 in SLP © Nos. 26056 of 2015, so far.

The applications in the matters are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report for orders.
