As Mr. Subramonium Prasad, learned senior counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent No.3, no further notice need be issued. As far as the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are concerned, let a copy of the petition be served on the learned Standing Counsel for the State of Assam.

Let the matter be listed in the first week of October, 2016.

The Registry is directed to reflect the name of learned Standing Counsel for the State of Assam in the Cause List on the next date of hearing."

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 4 through standing counsel of Assam (Mr. Shuvodeep Roy, Advocate). Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate has already filed caveat on behalf of respondent No. 3. The counsel for the respondents has not filed counter affidavit so far.
