It is submitted that there are 3 respondents in this matter. Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Adv. for respondent No.1 has not filed counter affidavit. The counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service on Respondent No.2. Service on Respondent No. 3 is complete by AD but none has entered appearance on his behalf.

Service is incomplete on respondent No.2.
