Accordingly Show Cause Notice was issued to both the Respondents by registered post A.D. on 6th June, 2013. Mr. D. Mahesh Babu, Advocate has on 9th July, 2013 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2. Mr. Abhijit Sengupta, Advocate has on 29th July, 2013 filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete.

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Court of Registrar from time to time and lastly on 7th February, 2014 when the following order was passed :

"None for the petitioners. The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are present. Although by order dated 1.11.2013 last chance for filing the counter affidavit was given to both

the respondents, yet they have not done the needful so far. Therefore, no further opportunity is warranted to be given to them on that count taking into consideration the rule position. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court on its own turn."

Accordingly, the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
