UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
The office report suggests that Respondent Nos. 4,5,24, 25 and 27 have expired and to that effect Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall file appropriate application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of those deceased respondents within a period of four weeks.
$^{\flat_{!\mathsf{w}}}$ The office report also suggests that notice for effecting <sup>Resource</sup> upon respondent No. 17 has been Refused, which is a proper service but no one has put in appearance. With regard to respondent No. 30 the Ld. counsel for the petitioner to furnish

the fresh particulars for effecting service upon the respondent within a period of four weeks through the concerned Trial Court and for that purpose he has to furnish the details of the Trial Court within two weeks. Accordingly, registry to process the matter forthwith after receiving the same.
