UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that after passing of the order by the Tribunal dated 13.05.2022, the matter was referred to an Expert Committee who has made its recommendations, reference of which has been made in para no. 8.
Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the appellant is in agreement to implement in terms of the recommendations made but that has not been looked into by the Tribunal and they are Digitally signed by Ashwani Kumar Date: 2023.05.18 16:36:11 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified
still being directed to comply the order of the Tribunal dated 13.05.2022 and once the report has been furnished by the experts it has to be given its due weightage which the Tribunal has not looked into.
Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
In the meanwhile, no coercive action shall be taken against the appellant for non-compliance of the order.
