UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish the fresh particulars of the respondent No.1 and to take fresh steps for the service of notice to him through the concerned High Court in T.P.(C) No.1691/2014 within four weeks.

Await certificate of service in respect of the respondent Nos.1 & 4 in T.P.(C) No.1688/2014, respondent No.2 in T.P.(C) No.1698 & 1720/2014, respondent Nos.1,2 & 4 in T.P.(C) No.1700/2014,respondent No.1 in T.P.(C) Nos.1701 & 1711/2014, respondent No.4 in T.P.(C) No.1703/2014,respondent Nos.2 & 3 in T.P.(C) No.1712/2014, respondent No.3 in T.P.(C) No.1721/2014 & respondent Nos.2 & 5 in T.P.(C) No.1722/2014 from the concerned High Court.

Mr.Suhaas Ratna Joshi, Ld.counsel on behalf of respondent No.7 in some of the matters, has stated that the complete set of the pleadings have not been provided to him by the petitioner. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall provide the complete set of the pleadings to the Ld.counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld.counsel shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Ld.counsel for the respondent No.1 in T.P.(C)No.1704/2014 has stated that his name has not been generated in the cause list. Office shall rectify the database accordingly.
