There are three Respondents.

It is submitted that Mr. Gaurav Kejriwal, Advocate has filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.2 after serving its copy on other side.

It is further submitted that certificate of service has been received from the High Court in

respect of Respondent No. 3 but none has filed appearance on his behalf so far.

Status report has been received from High Court stating W.P. No. 1530-31 of 2012 is pending before the High Court.

Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1683 of 2014

There are three Respondents.

It is submitted that Mr. Gaurav Kejriwal, Advocate has filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondents after serving its copy on other side.

Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1684 of 2014

There are three Respondents.

It is submitted that Respondent No. 1 is represented by Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate she has on 12-01-2016 filed Counter Affidavit on his behalf with the permission of the Hon'ble Court after serving its copy on the other side.

It is further submitted that Certificate of Service has been received from the High Court in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on their behalf and they are common in all T.P.

Status report has been received from High Court stating SCA No. 4979 of 2012 is pending before the High Court.

Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1685 of 2014

There are five Respondents.

It is submitted that Respondent No. 1 & 3 are represented by Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Goyal and Mr. Shreepal Singh , Advocates respectively but they have not file Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Certificate of Service in respect of Respondent No.2, 4 & 5 has been received from High Court but no one has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on their behalf so far.
