It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Interlocutory Applications were listed in the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 202 of 1995 wherein vide order dated 6th July, 2011, the Hon'ble Court has directed MoEF for preparation of Panel of Accredited Institution from which the project proponent to obtain the FIA is pending before Hon'ble Court as reported in (2011) 7 SCC 338.

It is further submitted that Caveat alongwith Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance have been filed by :-
