It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Shiel Sethi, Advocate. , on 9.5.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 694/2001 alongwith application for permission to file SLP and Application for permission to file additional documents.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased Appellant No.1(ii) namely Harender Singh which is barred by time by 1302 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing

substitution application.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 15098/2016 Entitled BALWANT SINGH (D) THRU LRS. vs STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS. as both are arising out of common order.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
