Copy of the record of proceeding dated 9 th December , 2013 is placed at Annexure P2 (Page Nos. 9294).

It is further submitted that SLP © Nos. 62626263 of 2014 arising out of similar issue was also listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th February, 2014 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice. Copy of record of proceeding dated 24th February, 2014 is enclosed herewith.
