This application has been filed on behalf of the Union of India seeking clarification in the order dated 27.03.2014 passed by this Court.
Paragraph 23 of the aforesaid order is in the following terms :-

In view of the clear direction contained in

CONTEMPT PETITION(CIVIL) NO. 267 OF 2016
