The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Two weeks' time is granted to the respondents to file counter affidavit. List thereafter."

It is submitted that pursuant to this Court's Order quoted above, Mr. P.V. Dinesh, Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 has on 29.09.2015 filed Counter Affidavit. Copy of Counter Affidavit is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is an after notice matter and there are three respondents in the matter.

It is submitted that Mr. M.T. George, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 but counsel has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1.

It is further submitted that Mr. P.V. Dinesh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Service of show cause notice is complete on all three respondents.

The matter abovementioned is therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
