Despite order, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has yet not taken steps for substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos.3, 12 and 22. However, four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to complete the process.

Fresh address with regard to respondent No.21 has yet not been furnished. However, four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to furnish the same.

The Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 to 11 and 13 to 19 failed to file the counter affidavit, despite order. However, four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the said respondents to file counter affidavit, if so advised.

The names of respondent Nos.23 to 87 have already been deleted vide order of the Hon'ble Court dated 15.12.2014.
