Among 87 respondents herein, the names of respondent nos.23 to 87 have already been deleted from the array of parties vide order of Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) dated 15.12.2014.

Counter Affidavit on behalf of 1-2, 4-11, 13-19 is still awaited. Service on respondent no.20 is complete but none has entered appearance.

With respect to respondent no.21, petitioner still to furnish the correct address as the report of dasti notice 'no such person' has been received.
