The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 30.3.2016, when the following order was passed :

" Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is present.

Service of respondent no.20 is complete but none has entered appearance. Vakalatnama filed by the ld. Counsel, Mr B.S.Banthia is still defective. Defects

be cured within two weeks time. Application for substitution in respect of respondent nos. 3 and 12 is still defective. Defects be cured within two weeks time.

Application for deletion in respect of respondent nos. 21 and 22 is still defective. Defects be cured within two weeks time.

List again on 15.7.2016.."

It is submitted that there are total 87 respondents. Names of respondent Nos. 23 to 87 have been deleted from the array of parties vide order of Hon'ble Court(In Chamber) dated 15.12.2014.

It is further submitted that Ms. Anubha Agrawal, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 12, 411, 1319. She has also filed counter affidavit on behalf of said Respondents. Respondent No.

20 is served by Dasti but no vakalatnama has been filed on his behalf.

It is further submitted that in respect of respondent Nos. 3 and 12 application for substitution has allowed by court on 12.8.2016(In Chamber) and accordingly, show cause notice has been issued to Lrs. of deceased respondent nos. 3(a) and respondent No. 12(a)12(b) on 9.9.2016. As per tracking report in respect of respondent Nos. 3(a),12(a) and 12(b) with remark "Bag dispatched to PALI STGBPC AT PH KARNAL has been mentioned(copy of tracking report enclosed herewith).Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that in respect of respondent Nos. 21 and 22 counsel for the petitioner has on 2.11.2015 filed application for deletion which was defective earlier. Now counsel has cured the defects in the above said application the same is yet to be listed.

Service of show cause notice is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 3(a), 12(a), 12(b), 21 and 22.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
