It is also submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has not filed fresh and complete address of respondent nos. 26, 44, 49, 54, 57, 61, 65, 91, 96, 98, 105, 167, 168, 178, 179, 202. A. D. Cards have been received from the respondent Nos. 7, 11, 14, 17, 28, 31 to 33, 35, 36, 38 to 41, 43, 45, 46, 59, 60, 62 to 64, 68, 70, 73, 75, 77, 78, 82 to 84, 91, 92, 100, 103, 104, 106, 112, 119, 124, 130, 132, 134, 135, 138 to 143, 146, 150 to 152, 156, 157, 164, 169, 170, 172, 182, 209, 210 but none has entered appearance on behalf of the said respondents.

It is further submitted that Mr. D. Mahesh Babu and Mr. V.R. Anumolu, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 and respondent nos. 177, 178, 179, 180, 184 to 190, 192, 194 to 197, 205 and 206 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit on their behalf. Mr. Shirin Khajuria, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 81 but not filed counter affidavit so far.
