It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that for nonfiling of the undertaking documents by the counsel for the petitioner, the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChambers on 12th July, 2016 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Four weeks' time is granted to learned counsel to the petitioners to file undertaking documents as per office report dated 03rd May, 2016."

It is submitted that despite the aforesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has not filed the undertaking documents (Copies of order dated 12.09.2007) so far.

The office report for directions in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
