UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice re: applications seeking permission to file

special leave petitions, deletion of respondent nos.3 to 6, impleadment, condonation of delay as also on the special leave petitions.

2. In the meantime, there shall be interim stay to the effect that no coercive action, including complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, shall be entertained on behalf of the Banks/Financial Institutions or Builders/Developers against the home buyers.
