The office report indicates that the Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 3,5 and 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
However, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Shukla, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent No. 3. He has stated that he will file the vakalatnama during the course of the day and has also stated that he does not wish to file the counter affidavit. This is taken on record.
Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the respondent No.4 to file the counter affidavit. After expiry of four weeks, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court.
