Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 3,5 and 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

However,Mr. Sudhir Kumar, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 3,5 and 6. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
