Mr. Samir Ali Khan, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 but has not filed counter-affidavit so far. Counsel appear for respondent No. 1 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice to Respondent No. 7 received.

Service in not complete on Respondent No. 7.
