Having heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents who has taken notice.

Signature Not Verified Considering the nature of the order passed by the Treesth gh Court, we see no reason to interfere with the same.

However, taking note of the contentions put forth by Shri Jaideep Gupta, learned Senior counsel that the amount due to the petitioner has not been taken into consideration in the Resolution Plan, all that we may observe is that if the petitioner has any remedy in accordance with law, the same be availed notwithstanding the dismissal of this petition.

The Special Leave Petition is dismissed.
