The matter above mentioned has been filed on 3 rd October, 2015 against the Judgment and final order dated 7 th July, 2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in M.P. No. 1 of 2015 in A.S SR No. 50427 of 2014. After curing the defects, Counsel for the Petitioner has re-filed the Petition which is barred by time by 4 days and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in re-filing the Special Leave Petition and the same has been condoned by the Additional Registrar on 20th November, 2015.

It is submitted that Ms. Pragya Baghel, Advocate, has filed a letter dated 18th November, 2015 stating therein that copy of award dated 30th April, 2006 mentioned in the Synopsis has not been relied upon by the petitioner in the present Special Leave Petition. Copy of letter dated 18th November, 2015 is placed at page no. 86 of the Special Leave Petition paper books.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
