The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02nd December, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for the parties agree that the matter can be resolved amicably by way of mediation. Therefore, we deem it appropriate to refer the matter to the Mediation Centre, High Court of Bombay at Nagpur.

Parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 08th December, 2016.

Four weeks' time is granted to the Co-ordinator, Mediation Centre at Nagpur for completing the process of mediation.

List after receipt of the report of the mediation centre.

Meanwhile, the respondent is directed to pay the arrears, if not already paid, to the petitioner."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that a Certified Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 02.12.2016 has been issued to the Mediator, High Court of Bombay at Nagpur, Maharashtra by speed post on 02.12.2016 and the report of the Mediator has been received stating therein that the mediation among the parties has failed (Mediation report is enclosed herewith).

Service of notice is complete.
