OFFICE REPORT

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

08.01.2016 with an office report dated 07.01.2016 when the Court was pleased to

pass the following order:

"Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 undertakes to file their reply affidavit within a week. By way of last opportunity, four week's time is granted to the respondents to file their reply to the special leave petition. Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List on 26.02.2016. Even if the reply/rejoinder affidavits are not filed within the time granted, the special leave petition will be taken up for hearing on that day for final disposal. Liberty is granted to the parties to file additional documents."

SLP (C) No. 25191 of 2015:

There are 12 respondents in the matter. Respondent no. 1 is represented by Mr. Anuvrat Sharma, Advocate but no Counter Affidavit has been filed by him. It is submitted that Mr. F. A. Ayyubi, Advocate has on 15.01.2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 & 10 and the same stands included in Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 28.01.2016 filed an application for stay alongwith application for exemption from filing official translation. The said applications has been registered as I.A.Nos. 6 & 7.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ravindra Kumar Advocate has on 05.02.2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and same stands included in the paper books.

It is further submitted Mr. R.P.Goyal, Advocate has on 18.02.2016 filed rejoinder affidavit to the Counter Affidavit of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and the same stands included in Paper Books.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. R. P. Goyal, Advocate has on 22.02.2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents alongwith application for exemption from filing official translation. The said applications has been registered as I.A.Nos. 8 & 9.

No appearance has been filed so far in respect of respondent nos. 5 to 9, 11 & 12 though stands served by Dasti notice. Service is Complete.

It is submitted that Mr. Dinesh Rattan Bhardwaj, Advocate has on 06.07.2016 filed an application to file additional documents with affidavit after obtainig No Objection from Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate for Petitioner. The said application has been registered as I.A.No. 10. (Documents are being circulated)

SLP (C)No. 31191 of 2015:

There are 3 respondents in the matter.

It is submitted that Mr. Sajith P., Counsel for the Petitioner has on 28.01.2016 filed an application for stay alongwith application for exemption from filing official translation. The said applications have been registered as I.A.Nos. 22 & 23. He has on 22.02.2016 filed another application for permission to file additional documents alongwith application for exemption from filing official translation. The said applications have been registered as I.A.Nos. 24 & 25.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ravindra Kumar Advocate has on 22.02.2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and copies of same included in the SLP Paper Books.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Sajith P., Advocate for the petitioner has on 23.02.2016 filed rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit and same is included in paper books. No Counter Affidavit has been filed so far in respect of respondent no. 1 though represented by Mr. Anuvrat Sharma, Advocate. Service is Complete.

It is submitted that Mr. Som Raj Chaudhary, Adocate has on 09.07.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of petitioner after taking NOC fromCounsel for the Petitioner Mr. Sajith P., Advocate.

The Interlocutory Applications abovementioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 01.02.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Post I.A.No. 6 of 2016 in SLP © No. 25191 of 2015 and I.A.No. 22 of 2016 in SLP © No. 31191 of 2015 within four weeks."

Thereafter the matters abovementioned were lastly listed before the Hon'ble

Court on 30.06.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Not to be deleted from the Cause List for 12th July, 2016."
