It is submitted that there are total 4 respondents in this matter. Counsel for the petitioner has taken steps and fresh show cause notice has been issued to Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 2 and respondent nos.3 and 4 on 22.08.2016 through Regd. A.D. as well as through Dasti through Trial Court.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 23.09.2016 filed affidavit of dasti service along with proof in respect of Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 2 and Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 stating therein that all the abovesaid respondents have been served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is submitted that there are total 4 respondents in this matter. Respondent Nos. 13 are represented through Advocates but no counter affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Respondent No. 4 has been died and notice was directed to be issued to the proposed Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 4 on 29.07.2016. Show Cause Notice has been issued to proposed Lrs. 4(i)4(x) on 16.08.2016 through Regd. A.D. Post. As per tracking report bag has been received and opened at Panipat Khadi Ashram on 22.08.2016 in respect of all the abovesaid respondents. But neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of Lrs. 4(i)4(x) so far. (Tracking report is enclosed herewith)

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of Lrs. 4(i)4(x).

It is submitted that there are total 2 respondents in this matter. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 so far.

It is further submitted that neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 1 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 1.

It is submitted that there are three respondents in this matter. Counsel for the petitioner had taken fresh steps and fresh show cause notice has been issued on 22.08.2016 to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 through Regd. A.D. as well as through Dasti Trial Court. As per tracking report item has been delivered at Chandigarh on 26.08.2016 in respect of Respondent No. 2 and item delivery attempted straight window next and delivered at Chandigarh on 27.08.2016 in respect of Respondent No. 3. But neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back so far in respect of above said respondents. (Trakcing report is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of Dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so far.

SLP(C) No. 26573 of 2014

It is submitted that there are three respondents in this matter. No one has entered appearance on behalf of all the three respondents so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report for orders.
