It is mentioned that one of the respondent, Mr Zile Singh has expired. Appropriate steps be taken within four weeks time.

At this stage, ld. Counsel, Mr B.K.Satija has appeared for the State of Haryana and requested time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit within the respective stipulated time. Be filed as assured.

It is also mentioned that in matters where respondent-State of Haryana is already represented, four weeks time may be granted for filing counter affidavit. Granted.

Registry to submit report accordingly in all the respective matters as per above submission regarding vakalatnama and counter affidavit.
