1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the material placed on record.

Application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of 3. the impugned order is allowed.

$\frac{\text{all}_\text{reg}(x, y, y)}{\text{the appellant is directed to deposit the entire amount as}}$ awarded by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, with the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today, after deducting the amount already paid.

7. The Registry is directed to invest the amount to be deposited by the appellant within the period as stipulated above and an amount of Rs.50,000/ which has already been deposited by it, in an interestearning Fixed Deposit Receipt, initially for a period of six months, in any Nationalized Bank which fetches maximum rate of interest, with autorenewal facility.
