Considering the averments of I.A.No. 150244 of 2024 and after hearing, we allow the respondent to withdraw the amount as deposited under the orders of this Court, which is in Fixed Deposit with accrued interest, subject to furnishing the Bank Guarantee of such a sum for the satisfaction of the Registrar.
