Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks.

Subject to deposit of the entire amount before the Registry of this Court with 6% interest within four weeks from today, execution of the impugned Award shall remain stayed.

The amount so deposited shall be invested in a short term Fixed Deposit in a nationalised bank on renewal basis.
