    1. Application for filing certified copy of the impugned judgment

Mic Not Valid Lowed. At the outset, Mr. Banerjee, learned Additional Solicitor General seeks time to move an application for seeking amendments to the grounds set out in the special leave petition. Permission as sought for is granted to file an application within two weeks.

4. Issue notice on the petition with amended grounds.

5. Learned counsel appearing on caveat accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents except for respondents no. 10 and 15 as he states that the said respondents have since expired.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents no. 10 and 15. The remaining respondents are granted four weeks to file a counter affidavit.

7. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

8. List after pleadings are complete.
