• 1 Mr C U Singh, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, seeks the permission of the Court to withdraw the Special Leave Petition in order to move the Division Bench of the High Court in appeal against the judgment of the Single Judge.
• 2 The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

1 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek the permission of the Court to withdraw the petitions with liberty to approach the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution.
