There is a delay of 357 days in refiling the SLP. Delay is condoned subject to deposit of cost of Rs. 3000/-(Rupees Three Thousand only) with the Supreme Court Bar Association Lawyers' Welfare Fund within four weeks. In case of non deposit of cost within the stipulated period, the special leave petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
