The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 05.12.2014 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore in R.F.A. No. 902/2008 and R.F.A. No. 887/2008.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 148 days in Special Leave Petitions filed against Order dated 05.12.2014 and there is a delay of 164 days in refiling, and counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay to condone the delay of 148 and 164 days respectively.

It is submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 10861 of 2015 arising out of common order was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 06.07.2015(copy of Record of Proceedings dated 06.07.2015 is enclosed).

It is further submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has on 08.04.2016 filed copy of Order dated 06.09.1996 alongwith letter dated 08.04.2016 stating therein that O.S. No. 145/2004 has been inadvertently mentioned in the grounds for interim relief as well as prayer for interim relief, as per his undertaking dated 11.02.2016 and the same is being circulated with this office report.

The matters above mentioned are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
