1. These Transfer Petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking transfer of cases bearing Matrimonial (Nullity) Case No.263/2023, titled "Anil Kumar Vs. Jai Shree Das", pending before the Court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna(Bihar) to Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi (Jharkhand) and Complaint Case No.2732(C)/2020, titled "Anil Kumar Vs. Jai Shree Das & Ors", pending before the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Patna to the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi respectively.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Having considered the circumstances in totality, this Court is of the view that, in the interest of justice,

transfer of the proceedings, as prayed for, is warranted.

4. Accordingly, these Transfer Petitions are allowed and case bearing Matrimonial (Nullity) Case No.263/2023, titled "Anil Kumar Vs. Jai Shree Das" **and Complaint Case No.2732(C)/2020, titled "**Anil Kumar Vs. Jai Shree Das & Ors", are hereby transferred from the Court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna (Bihar) to Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi (Jharkhand) and from Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Patna to the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi respectively.

5. The records of the case be transferred to the Transferee Court forthwith.

6. All pending applications stand disposed of.
