$\mathcal{I}$ By presenting this Transfer Petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908, the petitioner-wife seeks transfer of proceedings instituted by

the respondent-husband under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 titled "Anil Kumar vs. Jai Shree Das", bearing Matrimonial (Nullity) Case No. 263/2023, from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, Bihar to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi, Jharkhand, on the grounds urged therein.

3. Issue notice, returnable on 10.11.2023.

4. Until further orders, further proceedings in Matrimonial (Nullity) Case No. 263/2023 shall remain stayed.

Transfer Petition (Criminal) No(s). 740 of 2023

1. By presenting this Transfer Petition under Section 406 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks transfer of complaint filed under Sections 406, 120B, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 being Complaint Case No. 2732(C) of 2020, titled "Anil Kumar vs. Jai Shree Das & Ors.", from the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class at Patna to the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, on the grounds urged therein.

2. Issue notice, returnable on 10.11.2023.

3. Until further orders, further proceedings in Complaint Case No. 2732(C) of 2020 shall remain stayed.
