The matter above mentioned has been filed on 11th February, 2015 against the Judgment and final Order dated 17th October, 2014 passed by the High Court of Madras, Madurai Bench at Madurai in S.A.(MD) No. 1176 of 2006.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 17th February, 2015 filed a letter stating therein that all the 24 exhibits mentioned in para 7 of the impugned order are not relevant and the counsel on record undertakes to file translated copy of the relevant exhibits alongwith deposition of witnesses as additional documents in the above matter. Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 17th February, 2015 is placed at page No. 106 of the Special Leave Petition Paper books.

It is further submitted that M/s. K.S.N. & Co., counsel for the petitioner, has on 20th February, 2015 filed an application for filing additional documents with affidavit alongwith annexures P-9 to P-17 and he has also filed application for exemption from filing official translation, which are registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 2 and 3. Copy of the same is circulated herewith.

The matter alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
